Del Maguey Tobala Mezcal is packaged in a unique green colored bottle, this is distinctive to the brand Del Maguey. This unique mezcal is floral and fragrant with prominent notes of cooked agave. Notes of sweet tropical mango and cinnamon.  The finish is long and warm. 

History
Del Maguey Tobala Mezcal is a unique spirit that is a limited edition mezcal made in Santa Catarina Minas. This pueblo has an arid semi-tropical microclimate and great water! This Mezcal was crafted by Florencio Carlos Sarmiento and his sons Florencio Carlos Vasquez and Luis Carlos Vasquez with tradition in mind. Their “Palenque” (site of production) is the most well organized we have seen, including a cistern to cool and recycle the water used in the condensation process. It is that the still is produced in clay with bamboo tubing, rather than the usual copper stills and tubing. making it sweeter. They keep their production limited in an effort to not mess with nature and to continue with the traditional way of harvesting this wild “King of Agave.”
