For years, Montgomery County residents have been sending their grain and white oak staves to other states and foreign countries to make spirits. For the first time in local history, Wood Hat Spirits have grown, ground, fermented, distilled, and aged spirits in white oak barrels in Montgomery County.

This whiskey was made possible by doing everything locally, from field to glass, in a small batch, pot distilled, whole grain, and wood-fired process. The familiar mid-palate taste of wheated bourbon surprises the sipper with its up-front smoothness and clean finish. It is aged 10 months in small barrels.
