Ventura Spirits Wilder Gin is a harmonious blend of wild-harvested, native California botanicals including sagebrush, purple sage, bay, yerba Santa, pixie mandarin peel, and chuchupate. This adventurous spirit is crafted by Ventura Spirits, a distillery renowned for its innovative approach towards distillation, capturing the essence of the California wilderness in every bottle. The meticulous distillation process honors the wild, untouched beauty of California, echoing the diverse botanicals found in the coastal and mountainous regions of the state. With every sip, Wilder Gin invites you on a refreshing journey through the untamed landscapes of California, offering a vibrant bouquet of fresh, savory aromas, and a lively palate that resonates with the whispers of the wild. From the day we began designing and building our still in 2011, the Ventura Spirits mission has been to use the natural and agricultural bounty of California's central coast to hand-craft novel and delicious spirits.
