A walk along a sun-kissed Caribbean road lined with coconut, banana and tamarind trees, whilst drinking a Pina Colada from a coconut shell.

Nose: Expressive and full. Beautiful notes of caramelized coconut, cinnamon, and dried fruits. There's tarte tatin and a citrus lemon note.

Palate: Complex and powerful. Caramel, coconut, banana, and toasted brioche. Velvety pastry with more exotic fruits.

Finish: Spices give way to citrus fruits with lemon and pomelo on a madeleine, with a slight saline note.
