Nose: A very clean nose with minerals and brine rockpools.

Palate: Lemon peel, gooseberry, and green apple, with a hint of a smouldering bonfire, the peat smoke rushes to the fore on the palate, alongside lime, grapefruit and creamy vanilla.

Finish: Smoked citrus fruits linger on the finish.
