Our single barrels start with Colby and our distilling team selecting a small group of special barrels from our aging warehouses that he feels have exceptional characteristics that he’d like to share with the world. From that small batch of barrels, some of our favorite shops have hand-selected barrels to call their own. We also offer our very own single barrel exclusively sold at our Tasting Room at the Ranch.

Our single barrels are bottle at “barrel strength” which means we don’t add any water to proof them down. So what you’re tasting is exactly how Colby tasted it when he fell in love with that whiskey
