The Passion Fruit Caipirinha was crafted by renowned bar and spirits expert Mariena Mercer Boarini, a mainstay of the Las Vegas resorts bar world. She created a vibrant, flavorful Caipirinha which pays homage to her desert home.

Tasting Notes

The brightness of  passion fruit and exotic spices is paired with the lush “hogo” flavors of Avuá Cachaça for a new twist on the classic Caipirinha

Production Notes

Featuring:  Avuá Prata Cachaça, produced from single-estate sugarcane cane by third-generation master distiller Katia Espirito Santo in the hills four hours inland from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
